MPE provides policy support to the three Health Association continuing care member forums (Continuing Care Council, the Home Care Network and Diverse Abilities NS), helping them to develop solutions to system challenges through representation. MPE also administers the Continuing Care Assistant Program and the Dementia: Understanding the Journey course. We are also the lead agency for HSP-Net.
