At the heart of our commitment to employee health and well-being are two complementary programs: path and Path2Health. Together, these initiatives provide early intervention resources and financial support, ensuring you receive the care and assistance needed during illness or injury.

The path Program is a voluntary and confidential early intervention service available to employees who have been unable to perform regular hours or duties for seven or more days due to a non-work-related illness or injury. While path itself is not an income replacement program – it promotes safe recovery and healthy return-to-work in a variety of ways.
For more details, visit our path Program page.

Path2Health is a comprehensive support program for those dealing with illness or injury. Where return to work is not possible under path, the Path2Health LTD program is the next step. Path2Health provides both the resources to aid recovery and income replacement benefits for those unable to return to work due to illness or injury.
Whether you need early intervention services or income replacement benefits, our programs are here to help. Find more Path2Health information here, or contact your faclity’s Benefits Administrator for more details and personalized guidance.
