Comprehensive Support for Employee Well-Being

Comprehensive Support for Employee Well-Being

At the heart of our commitment to employee health and well-being are two complementary programs: path and Path2Health. Together, these initiatives provide early intervention resources and financial support, ensuring you receive the care and assistance needed during illness or injury.

What is the path Program?

The path Program is a voluntary and confidential early intervention service available to employees who have been unable to perform regular hours or duties for seven or more days due to a non-work-related illness or injury. While path itself is not an income replacement program – it promotes safe recovery and healthy return-to-work in a variety of ways.

Benefits of the path Program:

  • Proactive Support: Connects you to treatments, treatment funding, and resources for recovery.
  • Smooth Transitions: Work with the employer to coordinate successful return to work plans, recommending accommodations where required.
  • LTD Assistance: If an extended leave is needed, path helps with the Long-Term Disability (LTD) application process to ensure income replacement benefits are available while you focus on recovery.

What is Path2Health?

Path2Health is a comprehensive support program for those dealing with illness or injury. Where return to work is not possible under path, the Path2Health LTD program is the next step. Path2Health provides both the resources to aid recovery and income replacement benefits for those unable to return to work due to illness or injury.

Key Benefits of Path2Health:

  • Early access to resources through the path Program.
  • Financial security with LTD benefits, covering up to 70% of gross monthly salary.
  • Rehabilitation support to help you return to work when possible.

Eligibility:

  • Permanent Employees guaranteed at least 28 hours biweekly.
